Job summary

Deerfield seeks an experienced Analytics Leader to drive statistical modeling within pharmaceutical marketing. You will blend hands-on modeling with strategic collaboration across account teams and mentor junior analysts to grow our data talent.

Based in PA/NY/NJ/DE or willing to relocate, you will build models to quantify non-personal promotion, media investments, and digital engagement, delivering clear, actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, CS, or related field.
• 8+ years in data science or advanced analytics in pharma/healthcare marketing.
• Experience leading teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with media strategists to identify optimization opportunities and guide investments.
• Develop attribution methodologies linking investments to prescribing and usage behavior.
• Build and maintain advanced models (regression, time series, causal inference, media mix models).
• Translate model outputs into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing and client teams.
• Mentor analytics team and establish scalable modeling frameworks across clients.
• Ensure clean data pipelines supporting analytics needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on data quality constraints.
