Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking a seasoned analytics leader to drive advanced data science initiatives in the commercial pharma space from its Jersey City offices. You will build and scale NBA models and omnichannel engagement strategies to optimize HCP and patient journeys and improve commercial effectiveness.

Lead a team of data scientists, collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Market Access, and ensure governance and regulatory compliance throughout analytics use cases.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in Data Science / Advanced Analytics in pharma domain.
• Proven experience in building and deploying NBA or recommendation systems.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel engagement (CRM, digital, field data).
• Hands-on with Python / R / SQL and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with pharma datasets (claims, Rx, EMR, patient-level data).
• Experience in customer analytics, segmentation, targeting, and campaign measurement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Experience with GenAI / AI-driven personalization in pharma.
• Prior consulting experience or fast-paced client environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data science and advanced analytics solutions in the commercial pharma domain.
• Design and implement NBA models to optimize customer engagement and decision-making.
• Develop and scale omnichannel analytics frameworks, integrating data from multiple touchpoints.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate problems into analytical solutions.
• Drive customer segmentation, targeting, personalization, and campaign optimization.
• Build predictive models (propensity, churn, response, uplift) to enhance commercial performance.
• Oversee data pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring in production.
• Mentor and lead a team of data scientists and analysts.
• Collaborate with data engineering to define data architecture and governance.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance standards in pharma.
