Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Sr Marketing Project Management Specialist (Marketing Analysis) to transform marketing data into actionable insights for monthly business reviews and strategic projects. The role partners with marketing leadership, data visualization teams, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and clear interpretation of actions behind the numbers.

Hybrid role: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• Excellent English skills.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, or a similar data-driven role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong experience with Salesforce (SFDC) for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Executive communication and presentation skills with senior leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly business review analysis in partnership with marketing leaders, providing clear, actionable insights.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer critical business questions and support decision-making.
• Validate and interpret data to ensure accuracy, elevate discrepancies, and drive resolution.
• Collaborate with the Data Visualization team to guide dashboard/report development and clarify data meaning.
• Develop and present executive-ready PowerPoint decks that clearly communicate insights and business impact.
• Maintain a deep understanding of operational processes behind marketing data to ensure insights reflect real-world actions.
• Support a specific Strategic Business Group (SBG) while assisting across Honeywell marketing teams as needed.
• Participate in strategic projects to anticipate and address technical changes impacting data and reporting.
