• 2+ years in customer marketing or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading a team and mentoring juniors.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Results-oriented with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive engagement and loyalty.
• Collaborate with sales and product management to understand customer needs and develop targeted tactics.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and provide insights.
• Lead the development and execution of marketing reporting capabilities, including forecasting spend.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.
• Manage the customer journey across all touchpoints with a personalized approach.
• Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM to optimize campaigns and track interactions.
• Set clear goals for leads to pipeline and revenue, monitoring progress.
• Stay current with industry trends and bring innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to meet deliverables on time and budget.
