Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in data-related field.
• 5+ years in marketing analytics, data science, revenue operations, or related analytics.
• Advanced SQL across large datasets.
• Proficiency with Python, R, or comparable tools.
• Experience developing predictive models, scoring, segmentation, or stats-based analyses.
• Strong attribution, funnel measurement, and marketing performance knowledge.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, data warehouse, and measurement platforms.
• Ability to lead complex analytics projects end-to-end.
• Strong communication and data storytelling to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging AI/ML to automate analyses and accelerate insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing measurement and attribution frameworks and models.
• Design predictive models and audience engagement strategies.
• Develop audience segmentation for ABM, campaigns, and personalization.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior marketing leaders.
