What we’re looking for:

We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Marketing Analyst with deep expertise in advanced marketing measurement, forecasting, and scalable analytics solutions to join Custom Ink’s Data & Analytics team. In this impactful role, you’ll analyze marketing performance data to uncover trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize customer acquisition strategies. The role requires technical fluency and business acumen, with a proven ability to influence decision-making through data. The ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce, thrives in fast-paced, collaborative teams, and is motivated by data-driven growth.

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably with e-commerce, subscription, or DTC models.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Experience designing attribution models to evaluate marketing impact and optimize spend.
  • Ability to build forecasting and scenario models using time series or saturation techniques.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for data analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker) and automating reports.
  • Knowledge of digital analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and media data platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Experience with media mix modeling and data integration.
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex data into business insights.
  • Proactive problem-solving and collaborative mindset.
Compensation:

Base salary: $130,000 - $167,000 plus a 5% performance bonus. Salary depends on experience and internal equity.
