• 7+ years of progressively responsible market research, competitive intelligence or related experience; or an advanced degree in a scientific, analytical or business field and 4 years of progressively responsible competitive intelligence, market research or related experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred

Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Manage a team of 3 responsible for HCP and Patient primary market research across dermatology and rheumatology.
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement market research plans aligned with strategic imperatives and cross-functional teams.
• Insight Generation & Storytelling: Synthesize data into clear narratives and present to senior leadership.
• Operations: Oversee procurement, vendors, compliance, pharmacovigilance and budget management for each market research activity.
