• Leading competitive scenario/planning initiatives and monitoring market signals.
• Proficiency in CI research methodologies and monitoring approaches.
• Strong presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Scientific & Competitive Analysis team.
• Align CI activities to business priorities and provide ongoing counsel to inform strategy.
• Act as the Oncology BI unit's early warning system for market shifts and risks.
• Develop, prioritize, and execute intelligence plans across brands, pipelines, launches, and markets.
• Deliver forward-looking assessments with actionable recommendations for clinical and commercial decisions.
• Lead CI planning for major conferences and dissemination of insights to stakeholders.
• Manage external CI vendors, tools, services, and CI budget.
• Own CI methodologies and present insights to senior leadership.
