The candidate will oversee qualitative and quantitative research, communicate findings to senior leadership, and shape market research plans aligned with business priorities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or scientific field.
• 7+ years in market research or competitive intelligence; or 4+ years with advanced degree.
• 4+ years in pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Familiarity with dermatology and/or rheumatology.
• Experience leading matrix teams and cross-functional collaboration in pharma.
• Strong communication with senior management.
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical launches.
• Experience leading and developing direct reports.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 3 responsible for HCP and patient primary market research across dermatology and rheumatology.
• Develop and grow direct reports through ongoing touchpoints and annual reviews.
• Identify strategic and tactical needs of BU and align plans with cross-functional teams.
• Synthesize data into clear narratives to inform decision-making.
• Oversee procurement, vendors, compliance and budget for market research activities.
