Job summary

Futu US Inc. is seeking a Senior Market Operations Specialist to support trading and margin operations from our Dallas, TX office. The role collaborates with Market Operations, Compliance, and Clearing to ensure regulatory alignment and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in finance, strong derivatives and risk management knowledge, and the ability to perform under pressure. In‑office work is required; bilingual English/Chinese plus experience with trading tech are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the financial industry, with retail market operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of derivatives, risk management, and financial markets.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of margin calculations and collateral management.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in market operations.
• FINRA licenses: Series 3, 4, 7, and 63; Series 24 and/or 9/10 license preferred.
• Bilingual English and Chinese a plus; trading tech exposure is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Market Operations to manage trading and margin functions.
• Handle daily trading operations, risk management, and margin calls.
• Work with Product, Clearing, and Compliance to align operations with goals.
• Help develop system features to boost efficiency and streamline processes.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports accurately and on time.
• Track margin calls and exceptions, maintaining robust risk controls.
• Participate in ad hoc projects to drive successful outcomes.
