Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Eight or more years of progressive broker-dealer or clearing firm operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of securities processing, clearing, custody, and controls in a regional/national financial services setting.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional programs and complex projects.
• Ability to translate business objectives into practical operating models and measurable results.
• Proven leadership, people-management, and succession planning capabilities.
• Understanding of broker-dealer regulatory requirements, risk management, and business continuity.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across Clearing Firm Operations functions.
• Lead large, cross-functional projects from planning through implementation and delivery.
• Oversee daily operational activities and maintain a strong control environment for timely, compliant processing.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and scalable practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define operational support models, controls, and procedures.
• Develop, coach, and mentor managers and team members; build leadership depth.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, service and risk metrics; report to senior leadership.
• Resolve complex operational issues requiring independent judgment and cross-department coordination.
• Maintain policies, procedures, business continuity plans, and training materials for regulatory readiness.
• Manage staffing, budgets, and vendor relationships supporting Operations.
