Job summary

OTC Markets Group Inc. in New York City is seeking a Lead, Market Insights & Client Success to shape issuer journeys and deliver scalable research, insights, and client resources.

The role partners with Sales, Marketing and cross-functional teams to highlight OTC Markets’ offerings to issuers. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IR or equity research, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience creating client-facing research and materials.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in investor relations or equity research, including in a public company, investment firm, research provider or advisory organization.

Responsibilities

• Support issuer journey development from onboarding through Client Success engagement.
• Analyze issuer, trading, shareholder and market data to develop usable market intelligence and insights.
• Create scalable issuer education, guidance, presentations, and client-facing resources.
• Identify recurring issuer needs and translate into improved processes and resources.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Issuer Services, Market Data, Sales and Client Success to strengthen issuer tools.
