Job summary

You will lead quantitative analyses, engage regulators and stakeholders, and drive cross-functional initiatives across operations, settlements, credit, legal, and technology teams to implement market changes.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 10 years in market design, wholesale electricity markets, or related analytical roles.
• Experience leading complex market design initiatives and engaging regulators.
• Ability to communicate complex technical material to executives and public audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and evolution of ERCOT wholesale market structures.
• Develop long-term market roadmaps aligned with reliability and regulatory objectives.
• Advise executive leadership on market design risks and reforms.
• Represent ERCOT in stakeholder forums and regulatory hearings.
