Qualifications

• 5+ years in Market Access, Reimbursement, Health Economics, Payer Strategy, or related field within medical devices, digital health, diagnostics, biotech, or pharma.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead market access and reimbursement strategies across commercial payers, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Identify coverage pathways for innovative medical technologies and connected health solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with payer organizations, medical directors, and policy stakeholders.
• Create strategic plans to support favorable coverage, coding, payment, and policy outcomes.
