Job summary

Lumanity in Morristown, NJ is seeking an Associate Account Director to lead Market Access projects and client programs within the account services team. You will plan, manage budgets, coordinate across teams, and drive strategic initiatives to meet client objectives.

You will mentor junior staff, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to business development while navigating a fast-paced agency environment. This role requires US work authorization and may involve travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, health economics, advertising or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of market access experience required.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Demonstrated experience and success in leadership of cross-functional agency teams.
• High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Candidates must possess US work authorization.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow client relationships through regular contact and meetings.
• Plan, organize and participate in client pitch presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop contracts, budgets, and strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to product strategy and implementation of communication plans.
• Lead projects and mentor junior account team members through planning to completion.
• Build relationships with faculty and client contacts across departments.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Monitor market and client needs to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
