Job summary

Lumanity is seeking an Associate Account Director to join our Market Access division, leading client projects and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver strategic solutions.

You will drive client relationships, coordinate budgets and proposals, and mentor junior staff while advancing market access initiatives for diverse products and diseases in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, health economics, advertising or related field.
• 2 years of market access experience required.
• 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional agency teams.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• US work authorization required.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Regular contact and meetings with clients to maintain/grow relationships.
• Plan, organize and participate in client pitch presentations.
• Develop contracts, project estimates, budgets and strategic initiatives for client submission.
• Contribute to product strategy and implementation of communication plans.
• Lead junior account team members and manage projects from planning to completion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with faculty and client contacts across departments.
