Job summary

Anduril Industries in Quincy, MA is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for the Maritime Enabling Technology team. You will be the primary MET Systems Engineering presence in Quincy, driving cross‑program integration across multiple maritime lines and serving as a bridge between MET and program leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 7–12 years of engineering experience in systems engineering or integration.
• Strong cross‑functional communication with senior leadership.
• Experience as a technical lead or TPM for multi-disciplinary teams.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary MET Systems Engineering contact in Quincy.
• Own cross‑program systems integration and interface definitions.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across engineers and program leads.
• Identify and manage cross‑system implications of decisions.
• Contribute to architecture, requirements, verification, and integration planning.
• Support design, prototyping, integration, test, deployment, and sustainment.
• Mentor engineers and promote cross‑functional collaboration.
