Job summary

Anduril Industries in Quincy, MA, is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for the Maritime Enabling Technology (MET) team to drive cross-program integration and architectural decisions for autonomous systems. You will bridge MET with co-located program teams, own interfaces, and guide hardware–software integration while mentoring engineers.

This role requires proactive leadership, clear communication, and the ability to work autonomously in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

Requires ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and manage complex interfaces.
Proven experience in systems integration and architectural thinking across hardware and software.
Must be able to operate with high autonomy and ownership, coordinating distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary MET Systems Engineering point of contact in Quincy.
Own cross-program systems integration and interface definition across Maritime products.
Drive stakeholder alignment and translate program needs into MET priorities.
Identify cross-system implications of technical decisions and manage risks.
Contribute to architecture, requirements, verification strategies for subsystems and interfaces (including Lattice integration).
Support full product lifecycle from design to deployment and sustainment of autonomous systems.
Mentor engineers and foster cross-functional collaboration within Maritime.
