Qualifications
- Experience building and delivering maritime systems in a defence context.
- Ability to act as a Suitably Qualified and Experienced Person (SQEP) in maritime operations.
- Experience managing requirements through the full engineering lifecycle.
- Experience navigating defence procurement processes.
- Technical architecture building for customer problem statements.
- Hands-on experience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE).
Responsibilities
- Design solutions within the maritime domain.
- Own the Verification and Validation process for the maritime system.
- Translate end-user experience into product requirements.
- Manage subcontractors and external partners for delivery quality.
- Act as primary technical interface for campaigns and customer delivery.
- Navigate the defence procurement landscape.
