Job summary

PenBay is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Professional Qualification Evaluator to provide full-time support on technical support services to the United States Coast Guard.

The role requires Level I-III PQE training, with Level III demonstrated proficiency and an error rate under 9% in evaluating work units. You will verify eligibility, endorsements, and MMC issuance while coordinating AI and medical review as needed.

Qualifications

• Curriculum assessment experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate successful completion of Level I, II, and III training courses provided by the Government.
• Must possess proficiency as a Level III Professional Qualification Evaluator; Level III proficiency verified by documented experience with <9% error rate.

Responsibilities

• Verify receipt of all general application requirements and professional endorsements.
• Recommend issuance of MMCs and MMC endorsements for fully qualified candidates.
• Determine if additional information (AI) and medical review are required; coordinate with PQE trainer for updates.
