Qualifications

• Government PQE training: Level I, II, III completed.
• Recent federal mariner credential evaluation experience preferred.
• Strong English oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mariner applications and MMCs/endorsements per MMS documentation.
• Verify general requirements, including fees and special/unique types.
• Assess sea service, tonnage, routes, training, and competence assessments.
