Job summary

PenBay Technology Group is seeking a qualified Professional Qualification Evaluator to provide full-time support on technical support services to the United States Coast Guard. The role requires Level I-III PQE training and at least 8 years of experience, with 10 years preferred, and a BA/BS maritime curriculum.

Proficiency in reviewing work with low error rates and issuing MMC endorsements is essential. Candidates should be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and capable of evaluating AI

Qualifications

• Must have Level I–III PQE training and proven Level III proficiency.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience; 10 years preferred.
• BA/BS with maritime curriculum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify receipt of general application requirements and professional endorsements.
• Recommend MMCs and MMC endorsements for fully qualified candidates.
• Determine if AI and medical review are required and coordinate as needed.
• Stay current with government procedures and PQE training.
