• Troubleshoot and notify Service Manager of outstanding issues; complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Follow safety policies, use PPE, and maintain contamination control.
• Communicate clearly with team and customers; secure equipment and complete paperwork at shift end.
• Respond to after-hour emergency calls as directed by supervisor.
