Job summary

Safe Harbor Marinas, LLC is seeking a Senior Marine Technician (Project Management) to inspect, maintain, and repair boats, leading technical work and mentoring junior staff. The role emphasizes accurate work orders, parts coordination, and safe operations across electrical, plumbing, and vessel systems.

The candidate should have extensive experience, ABYC Master Technician preferred, and the ability to manage time and communicate effectively with team members and members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Marine technical training is preferred.
• ABYC Master Technician is preferred.
• Multiple engine certifications across brands are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair boats across systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, engines).
• Provide expert technical knowledge and mentor teammates.
• Prepare accurate work orders with detailed scope and time estimates.
• Sourcing parts and coordinating with Service Manager for parts/tickets.
• Ensure safe working environment and compliance with SHM rules.
