Job summary

Barton & Gray Mariners Club in Miami Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Marine Technician to service our Hinckley power vessel fleet. The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical repair, preventative maintenance, and the ability to travel to harbors for on-site support.

Ideal candidates have marine trades schooling or engine certification, 5+ years of experience, and a valid driver's license. You'll work with a small team, uphold USCG standards, and enjoy competitive benefits and travel

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience as a Marine technician with repair and maintenance skills.
• Marine trade school or engine certification required.
• Knowledge of Hinckley yachts and jet drive systems preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Organized, self-motivated, able to work independently; valid driver’s license.
• Weekend availability for on-call coverage.

Responsibilities

• Travel to harbors to repair B&G fleet vessels.
• Maintain a clean and tidy service support vehicle.
• Maintain spare parts inventory for the service vehicle.
• Answer incoming service calls and coordinate on-site visits.
• Maintain vessels to USCG T-Boat regulations.
• Track expenses for parts and materials on corporate card.
• Maintain good relationships with Captains and staff.
