This role requires strong leadership and adherence to marine repair and safety practices, ensuring high repair quality, schedule compliance, and efficient operations in a fast-paced yachting environment.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of or ability to learn the equipment and facilities to be maintained.
• Ability to maintain basic records and warranties.
• Ability to understand written directions in manuals and manufacturer websites.
• Proficient with Mac applications to complete and maintain records.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to access all parts of the facilities and equipment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee field and shop technician repair efforts across regional ports.
• Manage maintenance plans, weekly schedules, and vessel readiness.
• Enforce repair quality standards and mentor junior staff.
• Coordinate parts and supply chain with regional teams.
• Schedule weekend on-call coverage and monitor overtime.
• Facilitate cross-channel communication on service issues.
• Support safety, compliance with USCG/OSHA requirements.
