Core Group Resources seeks a seasoned Marine Systems Operations Manager to lead and optimize operations supporting marine electrical, automation, and vessel systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred; equivalent relevant marine operations experience may be considered.
• Demonstrated experience in marine operations, marine systems, shipboard equipment, vessel services, or related maritime activities.
• Proven track record in managing or leading operational, engineering, project, or field service teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily marine systems operations and project execution.
• Develop and manage budgets, planning, and procurement.
• Lead diverse, multinational engineering and field service teams.
• Oversee project execution, resource planning, scheduling, procurement, logistics, quality, and performance metrics.
• Manage annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Establish and track operational KPIs related to cost, quality, delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective measures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, profitability, quality, and overall performance.
• Optimize working capital and resource utilization.
• Ensure projects meet customer expectations for quality, schedule, responsiveness, and technical standards.
• Maintain relationships with shipowners, vessel operators, shipyards, suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders.
