Storable is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of our Marine software platform. This role blends hands-on testing, automation, API validation, and AI-assisted tooling to improve speed, coverage, and product outcomes.

You will work with a cross-functional team to ship reliable software for marinas, boat clubs, and waterfront businesses, and mentor junior engineers while advocating for quality early in the SDLC.

Competenze

• 5+ years of hands-on Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering experience.
• Experience building or maintaining automated tests with modern frameworks.
• Experience validating APIs, integrations, data, and critical workflows.
• Ability to use SQL to investigate data issues and validate behavior.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and code repositories.
• Practical use of AI-assisted tools in QA workflows.

Mansioni

• Deliver quality improvements within an Agile SDLC in a scrum team.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA to clarify requirements and shape testable stories.
• Own test strategy across manual, automated, API, data validation, and regression testing.
• Design and maintain automated tests using frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, TestNG, or Cucumber.
• Develop API automation to validate service behavior and data contracts.
• Triage bugs and diagnose failures with speed and care.
• Mentor junior engineers and raise the quality bar.
