Lancaster’s Custom Dock & Lift Systems, Inc. is seeking a Marine Pile Driver to join our Troutman field team.

The role involves installing pilings for docks and waterfront structures along Lake Norman and surrounding areas, with emphasis on safe, accurate piling placement from barges and shores. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in marine construction or heavy equipment operation, with 3+ years in drop hammer pile driving preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marine construction or heavy equipment operation experience.
• 3+ years with drop hammer pile driving preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently or in a team.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Boat operation experience required.

Responsabilités

• Operate pile driving equipment, including drop hammer systems, for marine construction.
• Install pilings for docks, lifts, and related marine structures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, job plans, and layouts.
• Work safely from barges, docks, and over water.
• Assist in loading, transporting, and setting up equipment and materials.
• Monitor alignment and depth of pilings.
• Coordinate piling operations with project timelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
