Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or equivalent and 5+ years of experience.
• 15+ years of relevant industry experience OR 5 years at an Engineer level or equivalent.
• Military or government design experience with supporting calculations/design reviews.
• Knowledge of SNAME 4-16, ASHRAE, or similar design criteria.

Responsibilities

• Designs complete system concepts from initial level to production designs for marine ventilation and AC.
• Perform calculations to validate design and submit reports to classification society or customer.
• Interface with design, production, and program teams to ensure project execution.
• Mentor peers and guide production with field-related issues/concerns.
