Qualifications

• PhD in Geotechnical Engineering is required.
• Experience with advanced geotechnical laboratory testing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold Quality, Health & Safety, Security and Environmental values.
• Oversee planning, execution, and interpretation of advanced geotechnical laboratory testing programs.
• Support maintenance, calibration, and continuous improvement of lab equipment and testing systems.
• Evaluate laboratory data, identify trends, and provide engineering interpretations to support projects.
• Participate in R&D&I initiatives and mentor staff and junior engineers.
