The role requires 10+ years in marine construction and a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree, with strong analytical, communication, and software skills. You will collaborate with owners, designers, and subcontractors to prepare comprehensive budgets and bids.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Heavy Civil Marine Construction with at least 3 years in estimating.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology/Management is required.
• Proficient in standard computer software packages and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plans and specifications.
• Perform site visit(s) and meet with owners and designers if required.
• Prepare take-offs and budgetary estimates.
• Establishes means and methods of construction and performs engineering analyses to support.
• Prepare costs analysis for portions of projects and solicit quotes from subcontractors.
