Responsibilities

• Examines claim forms, policies and endorsements to determine coverages as outlined in (ISMS).
• Requesting and obtaining additional information in relation to claim investigation.
• Settles claims by determining insurance liability and issuing settlement checks.
• Maintains company reputation and integrity of insurance products by complying with regulations and service standards.
• Presenting evidence at legal proceedings and producing documents as evidence.
• Maintains expected case load.
• Maintains professional knowledge through continuing education.
• Participates in special projects or duties as requested.
• Maintain quality through internal standards and QC initiatives.
