Job summary

Concord Crossroads LLC in Washington, D.C. seeks an Intermediate Management and Program Analyst (MAPA) Site Lead to analyze complex project problems and create innovative solutions across finance, scheduling, technology, and methodologies.

You will lead on-site contractor communications, coordinate high-priority actions, and report status to government leaders, applying change management to ensure timely reports.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Bachelor’s degree plus five years of analytical experience, or eight years in lieu of education.
• Experience analyzing problems to identify significant factors, gather data, and propose solutions.
• Experience providing business process analysis, requirements analysis, and training support.
• Ability to translate complex subject matter between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, collaboration, and time management in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead team communications on projects between on-site contractors and the government.
• Coordinate among contract workforce for high-priority actions or initiatives that are high-risk or critical.
• Report the status of actions when requested by government leaders.
• Implement change management routines to ensure timeliness of reports.
