Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in roles similar to this Senior Operations Manager.
• At least 5 years in engineering/technical management with Navy or DoD programs.
• At least 5 years in production facility management.
• Experience providing executive-level leadership for contract performance and customer satisfaction.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple sites.
• Experience interfacing with senior Government leadership and delivering briefings.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of authority for the entire contracted effort.
• Provide strategic leadership and executive oversight for overall contract execution.
• Maintain ultimate accountability for contract performance, financial execution, and customer satisfaction.
• Direct cross-functional teams and subordinate managers across multiple operational sites.
• Establish program goals, procedures, and operational direction to support successful program performance.
• Manage contractual and financial aspects of the program.
• Serve as the primary strategic interface with senior Government leadership.
• Deliver high-level briefings on program status, milestones, and overall performance.
