Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in our Supply Chain Manufacturing practice to help clients establish, optimize, and transform manufacturing operations by combining functional knowledge with technology delivery skills. You will collaborate with client stakeholders, plant teams, engineers, operators, IT and OT to translate needs into deployable capabilities that improve productivity, quality, and visibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
2–4 years of manufacturing, supply chain, or consulting experience.
Experience explaining how technology supports operations and outcomes.
Experience producing process maps, requirements, user stories, or test scripts.
Ability to travel to manufacturing sites as required (80–100%).
Strong written and verbal communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Lead or support client-facing manufacturing transformation workstreams with clear deliverables.
Assess processes, pain points, performance gaps, data flows, and constraints.
Translate requirements into functional designs, user stories, and data mappings.
Configure, prototype, test, or support deployment of digital manufacturing solutions.
Link plant-floor use cases with ERP, MES/MOM, historians, QA, and analytics tools.
Support architecture and integration discussions across IT and OT environments.
Plan and execute functional, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
Facilitate workshops with operators, engineers, IT, quality, and leadership.
Identify risks and issues; communicate status to clients and engagement leadership.
Coordinate tasks for junior team members and contribute to a quality delivery culture.
Assist account teams with solution shaping, estimates, and proposals.
