Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in the Supply Chain Manufacturing practice to help clients establish and transform manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with plant teams, engineers, IT and OT, translating needs into deployable capabilities to improve productivity and visibility.

You will drive through the full delivery lifecycle, from assessment to value realization, balancing shop-floor and technology landscapes to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Experience explaining how technology supports operational processes and business outcomes.
• Experience producing structured delivery artifacts such as process maps, requirements, user stories, or test scripts.
• Ability and willingness to travel 80–100% as required by engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support client-facing manufacturing transformation workstreams with executable deliverables.
• Assess processes, pain points, data flows, and technology constraints across plant environments.
• Translate requirements into functional designs, user stories, and data mappings.
• Configure, prototype, test, or support deployment of digital manufacturing solutions.
• Connect plant-floor use cases with ERP, MES/MOM, historians, and analytics solutions.
• Plan and execute functional testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Facilitate workshops with operators, engineers, and leadership stakeholders.
• Identify risks and communicate status and recommendations to leadership.
• Coordinate tasks for junior team members and ensure delivery quality.
• Support proposals, demonstrations, estimates, and responses to RFPs.
