Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior in the Supply Chain Manufacturing practice to help clients establish, optimize, and transform manufacturing operations by combining manufacturing knowledge with technology delivery skills. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, information systems, computer science, business.
• Approximately 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, industrial technology, systems implementation, consulting.
• Experience explaining how technology supports operational processes and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support client-facing manufacturing transformation workstreams and define clear, executable project deliverables.
• Assess processes, pain points, performance gaps, user needs, data flows, and technology constraints across plant environments.
• Translate requirements into functional designs, user stories, data mappings, interfaces, and implementation plans.
• Configure or support deployment of digital manufacturing solutions with client teams and vendors.
• Coordinate workshops with operators, engineers, IT, and leadership stakeholders.
