Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior in the Supply Chain Manufacturing practice to help clients establish and transform manufacturing operations by combining domain knowledge with technology delivery skills.

You will work with client stakeholders, plant teams, and IT/OT to translate needs into deployable capabilities that improve productivity, reliability, quality, and agility. The role spans design through value realization with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or consulting.
• Experience converting operational needs into functional designs and requirements.
• Ability to travel to manufacturing sites as required (80-100%).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support client-facing manufacturing transformation workstreams with clear deliverables.
• Assess processes, pain points, data flows, and technology constraints across plant environments.
• Translate requirements into design documents, user stories, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.
• Configure, prototype, test, or deploy digital manufacturing solutions with client teams.
• Connect plant-floor use cases with ERP, MES/MOM, historians, SCADA, and analytics tools.
• Plan and execute functional testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
