EY is seeking a Senior in the Supply Chain Manufacturing practice to help clients establish, optimize, and transform manufacturing operations by combining functional knowledge with technology delivery skills. You will work with plant teams, engineers, operators, IT and OT, translating needs into deployable capabilities that improve productivity, reliability, and visibility.

Responsibilities

Lead or support client-facing manufacturing transformation workstreams.
Assess processes, pain points, data flows, and technology constraints across plants.
Translate requirements into functional designs, user stories, and data mappings.
Configure, prototype, or support deployment of digital manufacturing solutions.
Connect plant-floor use cases with ERP, MES/MOM, historians, and analytics tools.
Support architecture discussions across IT/OT, including data and interfaces.
Plan and execute testing, training, and hypercare activities.
Facilitate workshops with diverse stakeholders across functions.
Identify risks and communicate status to leadership.
Coordinate junior team tasks and support proposals and demos.
