Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in the Supply Chain Manufacturing practice to help clients optimize manufacturing operations across plant and enterprise systems. You will translate business needs into functional designs, collaborate with clients, engineers, IT and vendors, and deliver tangible improvements in productivity, quality, and visibility.

This role blends hands-on manufacturing insight with technology delivery, requiring strong communication, workshop facilitation, and travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, information systems, computer science, business or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, industrial technology, systems implementation or consulting.
• Ability to explain how technology supports operational processes and business outcomes.
• Experience producing structured delivery artifacts such as process maps, requirements or user stories.
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites as required by engagement needs (80–100%).

Responsibilities

• Lead or support client-facing manufacturing transformation workstreams and define executable deliverables.
• Assess processes, pain points, data flows, and technology constraints across plant environments.
• Translate requirements into functional designs, user stories, data mappings, and plans.
• Configure, prototype, test, and deploy digital manufacturing solutions with client teams.
• Coordinate workshops with operators, engineers, IT, and leadership stakeholders.
• Support solution architecture, integration discussions across IT and OT.
