Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing test engineering.
• Experience leading lab operations or managing technical teams.
• Strong expertise in ICT, BFT, and SFT test methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing test strategy development.
• Optimize test cycle time, throughput, and station balancing.
• Monitor and improve First Pass Yield (FPY) and Final Yield (FY).
• Establish preventive maintenance and calibration strategies.
