Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience or 4 years with an Associate's degree.
• Advanced technical expertise in manufacturing processes and methods.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced setup, calibration, testing, rework, and troubleshooting across components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
• Use software tools to collect and evaluate operating data and adjust processes or equipment.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing methods, procedures, and process improvements.
• Mentor lower‑level technicians and provide technical guidance on assignments.
