This role partners with engineering teams to release new products and manage cost standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
Experience with process development, optimization, and sustainment in production environments.
Experience leading multiple complex manufacturing projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 3-8 Manufacturing Engineers.
Design, optimize, and maintain manufacturing processes.
Estimate and monitor manufacturing costs and production time standards.
Develop and maintain manufacturing strategies for products and processes.
Support continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
