Job summary

Quality Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our Puerto Rico/USA team. You will operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, monitor production, and support process improvements to ensure safety and quality.

The role requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Engineering Technology, proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint, and skills in SAP, Vision Systems, PLC, and electrical/mechanical schematics.

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor degree in Electronic, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Fluent in Spanish and English; bilingual collaboration.
SAP knowledge.
Vision System basic knowledge.
PLC basic knowledge.
Proficient knowledge interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics.
Troubleshooting electronic and mechanical components, equipment or systems.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to uphold quality standards.
Monitor production activities, troubleshoot issues, and support process improvements.
Devises, fabricates, installs, tests, and repairs mechanical equipment and systems.
Assist engineers with developing technical solutions for operation and performance.
Install, repair, and upgrade components of mechanical devices in the manufacturing area.
Devises, fabricates and assembles new or modified mechanical components.
Conduct quality assurance/control tests and procedures.
