Job summary

Quality Consulting Group, LLC seeks a Manufacturing Technician to support world-class manufacturing operations in Puerto Rico and the United States. You will operate and maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and help drive process improvements with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

Associate degree / Vocational or technical education preferred.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Previous experience in Medical Devices manufacturing.
Experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics of automated systems, pneumatics, and electro-pneumatics.
Knowledge of instrumentation, lasers, vision systems, and motors.
Experience with preventive maintenance.
Basic computer repair and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to uphold quality standards.
Monitor production activities, troubleshoot issues, and support improvements.
Devises, fabricates, installs, tests, and repairs mechanical equipment.
Assist engineers with developing technical solutions for devices and systems.
Install, repair, and upgrade components of mechanical devices in the manufacturing area.
Assemble new or modified mechanical components for machinery and equipment.
Conduct quality assurance/control tests and procedures.
