Job summary

Quality Consulting Group, LLC is seeking an entry-level electronics/mechanical technician to support in Puerto Rico and the USA. You’ll work with a team to calibrate, test, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment from schematics and drawings.

The role requires an Associate or Technical Degree and 1 year of related experience. Shift is 6:00pm–6:00am on a rotating schedule; proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate or Technical Degree (Electronic, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology or related).
• 1 year of related experience.
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Proficient knowledge on the interpretation of electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Troubleshooting knowledge on electronic and mechanical components, equipment or systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
• Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
• Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
• Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
• Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.
