Quality Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our Puerto Rico/USA team. You will operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, monitor production, and support process improvements to ensure safety and quality.

The role requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Engineering Technology, proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint, and skills in SAP, Vision Systems, PLC, and electrical/mechanical schematics.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor degree in Electronic, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; bilingual collaboration.
  • SAP knowledge.
  • Vision System basic knowledge.
  • PLC basic knowledge.
  • Proficient knowledge interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics.
  • Troubleshooting electronic and mechanical components, equipment or systems.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to uphold quality standards.
  • Monitor production activities, troubleshoot issues, and support process improvements.
  • Devises, fabricates, installs, tests, and repairs mechanical equipment and systems.
  • Assist engineers with developing technical solutions for operation and performance.
  • Install, repair, and upgrade components of mechanical devices in the manufacturing area.
  • Devises, fabricates and assembles new or modified mechanical components.
  • Conduct quality assurance/control tests and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • The Manufacturing Technician is integral to the production process, responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment to uphold the highest quality standards.
  • This role involves monitoring production activities, troubleshooting issues, and supporting process improvements. With a focus on detail and safety, the Manufacturing Technician helps maintain the smooth and efficient functioning of the manufacturing operations.
  • Devises, fabricates, installs, tests, and repairs mechanical equipment and systems involving the movement of physical components in the manufacturing area.
  • Assisting engineers with developing technical solutions related to the operation and performance of devices and systems.
  • Installs, repairs, and upgrades components of mechanical devices and systems in the manufacturing area.
  • Devises, fabricates, and assembles new or modified mechanical components for machinery and equipment.
  • Conducts quality assurance/control tests and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Associate/Bachelor Degree (Electronic, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology or related)
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • SAP knowledge
  • Vision System basic knowledge
  • PLC basic knowledge
  • Proficient Knowledge on the interpretation of electrical and mechanical schematics
  • Troubleshooting knowledge on electronic and mechanical components, equipment or systems.
