Join BD as a Senior Manufacturing Technician in the Rubber Department! You will report directly to Engineering and indirectly to the Production Supervisor. Your role involves providing technical support, primarily electrical, to production operations. Responsibilities include setting up, adjusting, troubleshooting, and maintaining all departmental production equipment. You will oversee production, quality, downtime, and waste levels of machine operation. A positive attitude and excellent team skills are essential. You will also be responsible for leading process performance issues.
