Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Engineering Technology, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering technician role
• Experience in electronics, server, or high-tech manufacturing preferred
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process issues
• Familiarity with test stations and production environments
• Experience with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and basic measurement tools
• Strong problem-solving and hands-on technical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment, process, and test-related issues to minimize downtime
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain manufacturing equipment and fixtures
• Support line setup, process validation, and work instruction development
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce defects
• Follow and support SOPs and work instructions, and assist with documentation updates
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Test, and Production teams and train operators on new processes
